Spectrum Partners was the client project manager for the upgrade of The Dymocks Building at 428 George St Sydney for the Dymocks Group of Companies. Phase 1 had a value of approximately $5 million. Total project value is approx $25 million. Spectrum Partners also acted as the Dymocks client representative in relation to the Mid City development in the Sydney CBD. Bovis Lend Lease was the Mid City contractor.
Spectrum Partners was Project Manager for a $2.1mil refurbishment of the Dymocks Stationery and Bookstore on the ground floor of the Dymocks flagship George St store.
